• Handling operations of Subex revenue assurance product
• Working with the customer representatives; hand-holding them in terms of guiding them in the usage of the product
• Adhering to Service Level Agreement (SLA) in day to day operations.
• Implement change requests from customer with in the predefined SLA time lines.
• Data base (SQL server 2008) and server (Windows 2008 server) maintenance of Subex revenue assurance solution.
