encodex Technologies is conducting Walk-in Recruitment Drive on 15th & 16th Sept. 2011 to work at Pune location.

• Senior Designer and Architect: Strong experience in ASP.NET, C#.Net, SQL Server 2008, Silverlight, ADO.NET, XML, XSLT, XSD, SSRS, SSIR, Web Services. Mastery over WPF, WCF and WWF.
• Senior Software Engineers: HR and Payroll Domain Knowledge. Good understanding of user, roles, permission management, Application inter-dependencies, Workflow management. Proficient in .NET, n-tier architecture, with OOP and Web services.
• Senior Database Engineer: Extensive knowledge of data Structures, SQL versions, should know dynamic queries and its implementation. Strong, proven expertise in Normalisation, De-Normalisation and Indexes. Past experience in SQL in SQL performance optimisation. Tuning, Transact SQL, DTS Stoted procedures and hands-on experience in managing availabilty and MS-SQL internal and external security.
