Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Ltd(RBEI) is organizing pre - screened walk-in for the below mentioned requirements on Sunday 7th August 2011(Sunday) at RBEI, Bangalore Bommanahalli office.

1) Requirement Code: Pro-E
Experience: 2 – 3 yrs
Desired Profile:
Experience in the area of Design and Modeling of turbochargers components
Expertise in Design of Automotive Turbochargers components
Knowledge on Manufacturing and testing of Turbochargers.
Working knowledge of Pro/Engineer WildFire-4 is preferred.
Knowledge of GD&T and Tolerance Stack-up
Knowledge of Wind chill 9.0 will be an added advantage .

 2) Requirement Code - UG-NX
 Experience: 3 – 5 yrs
Desired Profile:
Experience in the area of Design & product Development
Exposure to Product Development Process
Ability to understand customer requirement
Working knowledge of NX6
Exposure on Plastic component & Sheet metal design, with material exposure.
Exposure to Rapid prototype process
Basic knowledge on electronics components & PCB is desirable.
Knowledge of GD&T and Tolerance Stack-up would be preferable
Ability to work on projects independently/with minimum guidance.

3) Recruitment Code: FEA-Abaqus
Experience: 3 – 7 yrs
Desired Profile:
Proficiency in FEA tools: Hypermesh (must), ABAQUS (must)
Additional exposure using simulation tools such as LS-Dyna
Proven post processing skills at least in one product domain.
Prior experience in working at customer location would be added advantage.
Analysis Experience: Non linear FEA, use of different hyperelastic material model, Heat transfer,Dynamic Explicit and thermo-structural simulations experiences are preferred.
Good basic level knowledge in FEA methodology, design calculations and validation and interpretation of FEA analysis results is required.
Ability to perform theoretical calculations and interpret simulation results.
Good FE Meshing skills in Hypermesh with shell, Tet and Hex capabilities
Adhering to quality, preparing and maintaining quality documents, ensuring quality and on time delivery as per customer's expectations.
Updating the skills regularly to take up additional responsibilities.
Domain knowledge in automotive would be added advantage 
Good Academics and candidates from premier Institutes preferred.

4) Recruitment Code: FEA-Ansys
Experience: 3 – 5 yrs
Desired Profile:
To perform FEA simulations – static and Dynamic (Harmonic and PSD) simulation of various automotive and industrial applications using ANSYS and Hypermesh
Additional exposure using simulation tools such as LSDyna and Abaqus is preferred.
Good basic level knowledge in FEA methodology, design calculations and validation and interpretation of FEA analysis results is required.
Ability to perform theoretical calculations and interpret simulation results.
Good FE Meshing skills in Hypermesh & Ansys is required.
The job requires good understanding of physics, geometry clean up, Hex, tet and shell meshing,
boundary conditions set up, solver, post processing and analyzing the results, presentation and discussion of results with customers.
Adhering to quality, preparing and maintaining quality documents, ensuring quality and on time delivery as per customer's expectations.
Updating the skills regularly to take up additional responsibilities.
Domain knowledge in automotive would be added advantage.
Expertise in Thermo-mechanical analysis would be an added advantage. 

 5) Recruitment Code: CFD
Experience: 2 – 5 yrs
Desired Profile:
To perform CFD, -Fluid flow, Heat transfer & rotating domain simulation of various automotive and industrial applications using ANSYS-ICEMCFD, CFX, FLUENT.
Good basic level knowledge in CFD methodology, design calculations and validation and interpretation of CFD analysis results is required.
Good CFD meshing skills in ICEMCFD is required.
The job requires good understanding of physics, geometry clean up, Hex, tet and hybrid meshing, boundary conditions set up, solver, post processing and analyzing the results, presentation and discussion of results with customers, adhering to quality, preparing and maintaining quality documents, ensuring quality and on time delivery as per customer's expectations.
Owning the responsibility of projects/tasks assigned
Willingness to learn effectively to work in a team as a good team player
Updating the skills regularly to take up additional responsibilities.
