Interaction Designer	Quick in understanding user requirements from clients Interact with clients to assess and implement UI requirements Interact with end users to elicit user requirements Perform Task Analysis and Information Architecture Perform usability testing at every stage of User-Centered design process Experts in User Centered Design techniques Perform a UI review of design created by self and peers Solid understanding of HTML and CSS and their implementation Create Visual Designs for applications	1-3 yrs
Visual Designer	Strong knowledge in latest UI technologies like Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Flash Should be able to interact with the client directly to understand the requirements and execute them Ability to design interface layouts keeping the usability aspects in mind Ability to visualize the business/functional requirements into wireframes/layouts Good people interaction skills Technologies: HTML, DHTML, CSS, PhotoShop, Acrobat, XML, RSS, Flash (ActionScript) and JavaScript	2-4 years
